Sample_DiffEq.f90 :
This example component shows the user how the TRNSYS storage
routines (setStorageSize(), setStorageVars(), and getStorageVars()) can be implemented so as to solve a simple
differential equation in a Type. Click Here to Download the Example
(includes Fortran code).

Type202 :
This component implements a simplified infiltration model called the
Sherman Grimsrud method. The model is presented in the 2005 ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals chapter 27:Ventilation
and Infiltration. Click Here to Download the Install

Type201 :
This component combines the Standard Format data reader (Type89),
the radiation processor (Type16), and the sky temperature model (Type69) into one component. The common
connections between these components are all taken care of internally and in addition, Type201 provides
outputs for heating and cooling season, annual and monthly maximum and minimum temperatures, and water mains
temperature as defined by the Building America group. The components is available free of charge from this
website. While similar in idea to the standard TRNSYS component Type109, Type201 differs in that it includes
the calculation of effective (a.k.a. fiktive) sky temperature. It also provides ALL of the Type89 outputs instead
of the Type109 subset and as mentioned above, it includes some useful weather related algorithms that were developed
by the Building America group. Click Here to Download the Install
(includes dll and proformas).

Adding New Glazing Systems Tutorial :
As part of the introductory TRNSYS training courses that they teach,
TESS wrote a tutorial that steps users through the process of adding new glazing systems for use with the TRNSYS
multizone building model. The tutorial is also included along with approximately 100 new Type56 glazing systems in the
TESS Green Building Library. Click Here to Download the Tutorial (.pdf document).
